Jenkin Timber Limited, a manufacturer of finger-jointed wood products, built up a business in New Zealand over three generations. In 2000 they felt the time was right to tackle new markets.

Studio Alexander clarified their brands and implemented a series of strategies to reach customers worldwide. Several years later Jenkin launched A-lign, a value added timber cladding solution. This included naming, positioning and
a flexible modern design system able to evolve at
the same time as new products across website, technical literature and advertising. Aimed at distributors, building merchants and specifiers.

In 2011, Jenkin launched
A-lign Concealed Fix, an innovative nail-free cladding system, at the BuildNZ tradeshow.
